Annika was appointed as CEO of Noored Kooli in August 2021. Before joining the Noored Kooli team, she worked and studied in different countries including Finland, Sweden, the USA, and Denmark. Annika lived in Denmark for nine years and, before returning to Estonia, she led research projects in a start-up company. She has worked as a scientist and lector in different universities. Annika has a PhD in linguistics from the University of Tartu, Estonia.
