I think this all depends on the breasts you’re working with. Sometimes, they’re around the same size so I feel like I can get away without pounding them ot even thickness. If there’s any noticeable visible discrepancy, I would recommend pounding them so they’re the same size.

Amazing! We used chicken thighs instead of breasts and skipped the mushrooms in lieu of more carrots/zucchini. My husband and I both agreed this was better than any hibachi we’ve had and the mustard sauce on top was the perfect addition. We will definitely make this again and make probably double the rice!

This Sheet Pan Sausage & Root Vegetable Scramble was incredible!
Super easy to make with all the prep work done.

My 10 year old son inhaled it and said was the best I ever made! 🥰

I was going sub with radishes, but they were too far gone in my crisper. The beets I couldn’t reach at the store…so I added 2 carrots.
I also used the sausage that comes already frozen ( Ms Marc Angelo’s- a Canadian brand) and they were absolutely perfect for this meal. 👌
