I started my career by teaching students of under-served communities which gave me the root level experience of in the education system of Bangladesh. Later, I leveraged my expertise in training teachers, developing young professionals, and making communities that can impact on system change in education. Moving forward, I worked on the government project management system and policy reform where I experienced the government's perspective on the systemic change in education. I also have a research on the Social- Emotional Learning (SEL) where I comparatively analyzed the perception of government policy and teachers' understanding of SEL. Currently, I am connecting resources and creating communities to make the desired impact in the systemic change of our education system.
