Arnob K. Saha has been working in the Education and Development Sectors of Bangladesh for over 8 years. He has been one of the Fellows from the inaugural cohort (2014) of Teach For Bangladesh and has also worked as a staff in the organization upon graduating from the Fellowship. He has worked in Leadership Development, Recruitment and Selection, and Alumni Impact teams respectively for a tenure of almost 3 years at the organization. He has also worked in Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) for 4+ years and has led the Professional Development team with a focus on increasing youth employment rate of Bangladesh upon skills development training. Currently, he is working at BRAC University, as the Manager of Alumni Relations under Office of Career Services & Alumni Relations department with a focus of supporting a growing number of 16,000+ alumni of one of the top private universities of Bangladesh. Arnob is also one of the Co-Founders of the Alumni Association of Teach For Bangladesh and currently an Advisor of the same. He is also a Mental Health instructor and Mental Health First Aider, certified by Mental Health First Aid Bangladesh. He strongly believes that a systemic change in the education system will not occur if youth of the country are not mobilized in the education sector and not trained efficiently with the necessary skills to be career-ready in the 21st century job market so that in the long run they become the next generation leaders in every single sector.
