Jalan is currently working as the Vice-Principal in Samriddhi School, Kathmandu, Nepal. Beside this he worked in Teach For Nepal for more than eight years in the position of Senior Leadership Development Manager where he supported and mentored more than 200 fellows. He worked as the Development Consultant for various National and International non-government organizations. He successfully planned and carried out short-term and long-term projects specially for marginalized communities. He is also currently working as the Co-Founder/Project Lead in Teacher’s Hub Nepal. It is a teacher's training platform with a mission to offer a unique educational experience for teachers and schools by providing best teacher training, mentoring, workshops and recruiting teachers.
